How come your store isn’t working or showing up correctly?
You need an updated web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. The site should look like the picture on the left. When you click on “Store” it should look like the photo on the right. Unless you are using your smartphone.

How do I place my order?
Review and pick an item. Choose a size if applicable. Click “Buy Now”. It will then lead you to a quantity page. Make sure the quantity is correct and click “Checkout”. You will then be directed to a secure payment area. Enter your correct information and billing information as we may need it to contact you. Communication is the only way to make the transaction smooth. Click the “Send as a gift” box if you are sending as a gift. Click “Continue”. You will be at a “Verify Order” page, make sure everything is correct then hit “Submit”. Voila! You are done! Sit back n relax, your item will be arriving promptly.

Is the site secure?
Absolutely.

How do I check my order status?
You will be emailed a USPS tracking number after the order is placed.

Why are some tees out of stock?
Because they have been sold out by our dope customers. We’re not a huge corporation that owns a bunch of sweatshops that hire dirt cheap labor to produce garments 247.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by Paypal or Credit Card.

How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please review your order carefully or ask yourself if you really want it. Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. We are understaffed and cannot provide much customer service. But, if it was a booboo just email us at service@hellagood.com.

Do you wholesale?
No, at least not right now anyway. We only sell our goods through our website. So, anyone selling knock-off Hella Good items should be cautious.

Is HellaGood.com for sale?
It can be.

Why has no one responded to my email?
All orders are fulfilled before Friday 6pm. We will not be responding to any emails until the next business day which will be Monday. Our operation runs from Monday through Friday.

What is your return/exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

I bought this tee last week and now its on sale?
It happens from time to time. Prices will change without notice.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
Its possibly because you live in a different country. Please know your countries laws before ordering from us as we know nothing about your shipping laws and taxes. Any other charges you may incur are your responsibility.

Why was I asked to show my ID to place my purchase?
You may be asked to email us a copy of your ID just for verification. Not very hard to do and very easy for people who are adults.

Do you offer Gift Cards?
At the moment, we don’t. We will in the future.

When will I get my order?
It only takes a couple of days for U.S. Residents.

Where is my order?
Check the tracking number provided to you in the email confirmation.

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Tyvek Envelope with a tracking number.

What fabric and ink do you use?
It varies. Right now we use 100% cotton shirts and plastisol ink. We may use 50/50′s and waterbased as well.

Washing Instructions?
I personally machine wash cold and hang dry all my shirts. They last a lot longer that way. 100% Cotton Tees will shrink a bit.

Does HellaGood.com offer Tall, Maternity or Plus sizes?
No, I wish we could. Hell, we might in the future.

Can I submit my own idea?
That’s a great idea. But, not at this time.

Can I get a catalog sent to my house?
We do not carry a catalog at the moment.

Kenneth Bay and his girlfriend run Hella Good, LLC as Managers. I don’t like being called a CEO, sounds kinda cheesy.

How do I sign up for the Newsletter?
We don’t have a Newsletter. I’m sure there are people that like receiving newsletters. But, we don’t like them…. So, we don’t send any.

Is there a Hella Good store near me?
Not at the moment.

Can you print my custom shirts?
No, we do not do custom contracts.
